The Service includes: Step I: *Amplification and sub cloning of it into an expression vector. *Verification of the sub cloned gene by sequencing. *Transformation of recombinant construct. *Small Scale induction of target protein. *SDS-PAGE or/and western blot analysis. Estimated time: 2~4 weeks Price: $1,200 Step II: *Large-scale (one Liter) of culture is induced with IPTG *Protein Purification using Ni-NAT (for His-tagged proteins) or glutathione (for GST-tagged proteins).
